Klo's recent post is nothing but more lies. The DT site was never owned by him. He was paid to set it up (a CPG-Nuke site) and Administrate it. I paid for the webhosting and the domain. After several months, he failed to be capable of Administrating the site, and I had to take over those duties. The entire site was MY idea.. including the 'invite only' system. For him to say otherwise, is nothing but a Lie. The reason DT was started was because of numerous complaints from teens (including Klo) about the pervert/pedophile problems at DB.biz.
Webhosting was always a partnership between Klo and I. Klo's original arrangement with Tim from the beginning was Klo working for Tim, where Tim was charging him 60% of everything he took in from webclients. I thought this was a total ripoff, and recommended to Klo, what we partner as a reseller host. It only cost $30 a month to do that, of which Klo paid $15 of (his mom paid me via paypal). The rest of the money from webclients was his to keep... much more than the 40% he was getting before. We registered as a reseller (listed in my name, paid by me) with a service called 'servercolo'. He moved his webclient sites, and I moved my websites (including DT). Unfortunately, several months later, servercolo disappeared without any warning. At that time, Klo and I made a deal with Tim to Lease a $100 a month server, and split the cost 3 ways. The server was leased from a company called Virtuoso. This arrangement lasted all of ONE month. Tim had trouble transfering one of his sites, and suddenly wanted OUT of the deal. Klo and I allowed Tim out of his commitment, provided he pay $20 a month, for the next 3 months (we only actually received 2 payments). The lease of the server was transfered to me, and I started paying for it. Klo and I were then each responsible for 1/2 of the $100 per month server bill. $15 a month, then quickly turned to $50 a month each... eating away at his profits (spending money for a 14/15 yo)... and costing me much more than I had originally planned. For Klo to now claim that he totally owned the hosting instead of it being a 50/50 partnership, is nothing but a LIE.
DB.biz site was down at the time, and after attempting to reach gus numerous times without any reply, I came up with the idea of re-starting the website. It was abundantly clear that DT was not going to work. The teens did NOT want their own website and have to use an "invite only" system. The total # of members was less than 100 (not the several hundred Klo has claimed in his recent post). The teens wanted to be included in DB... and for DB to be "cleaned up". That is exactly what we did. I registered the Diaper-boys.net domain, and Klo volunteered to set up the website. I requested that he use a PHP-Nuke format, similar to what Gus had previously used for the .biz site. I could have done this myself, I had set up a CPG-Nuke site just a couple months before. We IMMEDIATELY made it clear that DB.net would be dependent on donations to survive. The donations needed at that time were $50 (half of the $100 server bill.. money that really helped Klo, and I out). I even paid the first few months myself to help get us started... and establish DB.net as a REAL website... not just someone trying to capitalize on gus' db.biz site. If anything, DB.net is more MINE than Klo's. It was MY idea, but I allowed Klo to have HALF ownership. For him to now try to claim DB was HIS, is a Total Lie.
The tbdl domain was registered several months after we started DB.net.. as requested and PAID FOR by Luca. After Luca was banned from the website, he requested the domain back. We did not give back an already established domain, but offered to purchase Luca a new domain. For Klo to now claim tbdl was and is HIS idea.. is a Total LIE.
Google ads did Very well for us. We added them to the DB.net site approximately a year after starting it. This ended on Oct 11th, 2007, when Google ads informed us via email we had been removed from the program. Before terminating us, we made the decision to move to a different hosting service. Since google ad money was going to Klo (and there was plenty of it), and that Klo was now 18, and had a credit card, I allowed him to pay for the server. It was STILL a 50/50 partnership. For him to say otherwise is a LIE.
Klo immediately tried to shut me out. After registering for the server, he did NOT share server billing access with me. I had Always shared billing access with him previously when we were with Virtuoso.. something that was an issue between us because of Klo filing support tickets for things like dos attacks. I got several heated messages threatening to cancel our server, if we didn't stop. We also had issues with log files, and at least twice, I had to pay extra for Virtuoso staff to help us. That was something Klo should have been able to manage, but couldn't. At that time, I was seriously starting to question his skills. I figured, it might help if HE was responsible for the server bill. This was a BIG mistake on my part.
About a year later, after still not allowing me access to billing information, Klo proceeded to change passwords locking me out of webhosting control (WHM). This move happened at the same time he was starting a VOIP phone company and was looking for investors. Then along came Neverdry63, who was already a Gallery admin and who I was training to help with other admin duties (which he never really caught onto). Neverdry invested in Klo's VOIP company. Within the last several months, I've now learned that Neverdry63 is the "Primary Investor" in the VOIP company, and is essentially Klo's Boss. It's no wonder, that now Klo feels that he has to do whatever Neverdry63 says.. not only with matters concerning the VOIP business, but now with the website as well.
Neverdry is a business man, who's always looking for an investment. When he saw the VOIP business, he saw Dollar signs. Now when he sees the DB, he sees dollar signs too. In July of this year, after having numerous conversations with him about Klo.. he indicated to me that the VOIP business was in trouble. Klo was not doing what he was supposed to, and Neverdry threatened to Send the Business into Bankruptcy. Further stating that as primary investor, he could do that, and that he would "liquidate all assets, sell off the VOIP phone customers, and leave Klo with NOTHING" (including NO JOB). It is very clear to me, that neverdry does NOT have Klo's best interest at heart. He only sees dollar signs. Unfortunately, Klo is blind to this.
To make matters worse.. The VOIP company has a website on the Same server as DB. In the last 2 years, it has grown to a 16GB website (DB is only 8GB). Numerous times, I asked Klo what the VOIP company was paying for hosting. His standard answer.. "I'm Not charging anybody, anything". In the last several months, i've raised this issue with Neverdry, insisting that the VOIP company pay it's fair share for webhosting. I have been repeatedly Ignored.
The truth is, this VOIP company is doing so poorly, it needs to 'piggyback' off the server of a diaper fetish website. The total cost of the server is $251.. of which DB pays $200 (80%)... NOT the 60% as Klo has claimed in his recent post. Where the rest of the 20% comes from, I don't know.. it's Klo's responsibility since he refuses to charge "anybody, anything".
Now, to make matters even worse. Neverdry purchased a server (for accounting reasons - quickbooks) about 2 years ago. According to Neverdry's recent message to me, he has never been paid back for the server. Neverdry and Klo decided early this year, that they would convert the server to a webserver, and use it to host not only the VOIP site, but they also wanted to host DB on it. I had some serious concerns and major questions about it. We would be moving from a leased server with a reliable well established leasing company, to something owned and completely managed by Klo. Still to this day, my questions about the server have gone unanswered.. with the exception of Neverdry telling me "Klo thought it might cost DB about $150 a month". It is NO SURPRISE to me, to see them now wanting to move the site to their server. And to do that, they had to get me out of the way. They knew there was no way I would ever agree to it. And it's now clear by Klo's recent post.. that it isn't going to reduce the diaper sites $200 a month need.. but will likely Greatly increase it.
These two individuals have conspired to take total control and Steal DB from me.
The current server that ALL these sites are on, uses the domain name associatedweb.net. Every email when a user registered for DB was sent from that domain. Go check your emails from when you registered for DB. You will see it in the headers. That domain is registered to ME. It was a domain that was transferred to ME, by Tim when I took over the server payments with virtuoso, just prior to re-starting DB nearly 6 years ago.
DO NOT Believe Klo's LIES. These two have consipired to take over control of DB.
Yes, I had some concerns about Klo's relationship.. he was a 19/20 yo romancing a 16/17 yo boy. A boy who after turning 18, abandoned his family, to move to Seattle with Klo. He says I attacked him.. NOT SO. I merely expressed my concerns, and my opinion about the matter concerning possible laws that had been broken. Had a regular member done similar things and used DB to do it, and we had discovered it.. that person would have been banned from the website. We would have considered that to be "pedophilic activity". Klo's history of webcaming with others, and doing inappropriate things are something I have received, NUMEROUS complaints about. Although they can't see it, and only take it as an attack.. I'm very concerned about BOTH of their well being.. Especially the now 18 yo.
Yes, I was upset.. and continued to try to call Klo even until 2:30 am. But, that was after 8 hours of sending messages and trying to reach him concerning the Paypal password change... all of which was IGNORED. Now they are trying to turn this against me. It was NOT right for me to raise all that money, and then be misled by Neverdry, that Klo had again taken money intended to pay the server bill. I said so in my voicemail message I left him. I expressed serious concern about Neverdry's accusation that he had only received $450 out of 10 months worth of donations. I had every right to be upset with Klo given the information (misinformation?) that was provided to me by Neverdry.
They are also trying to turn the $300 in donations held in exchange for the Emergency fund against me. At ANY TIME during our repeated discussions about the Emergency fund, and the need to restart DB if Neverdry stopped paying the bill, Neverdry could have told me that me holding that money was NOT acceptable. Instead, he used it against me. Notified Klo that I had intended to keep the money, and according to klo's recent post, that I was soliciting people to set up a new site. NOT TRUE... Neverdry was the ONLY one soliciting. I did speak to draggor about it, and Informed him that Neverdry was NOT a site owner, and that any decision concerning the website would be made by Klo and Myself.
I never would have attempted to take DB for my own. The only way I would have restarted DB, is if it had Failed (gone offline) and there was no other choice. Unfortunately, Klo doesn't feel the same way. He's chosen to conspire, and frame me, and Lie.. and Steal.
